Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Develop and optimize NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction within chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Explore and implement Generative AI models for various applications, such as text summarization, dialogue generation, and content creation.
  • Analyze chatbot conversations and user interactions to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and evaluate machine learning models to improve chatbot performance and personalize user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate Conversational AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Conversational AI technologies.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?  We’d love to work with you if you have experience with:

 

  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Experience with Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX) and NLU principles.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models and tools (e.g., Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc).
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for building intelligent systems and solving challenging problems.
