Software Developer - Test Automation

Are you the right person for this role? 
· You think outside the box

About the Software Developer - QA Automation:
· You will work closely with your scrum team to evangelize an emphasis on quality
· You work with your scrum team to design and develop test strategies, testability requirements and implementation strategies
· You contribute to user story creation, software design and code reviews
· You develop, implement, execute test plans and test cases based on user stories
· You contribute to test automation tools and infrastructure by developing and augmenting test cases and/or test libraries
· You introduce and influence overall process improvements and act as an agent for change to the organization

You'll need to have:
· 3+ years of experience in software development and automated testing
· Experience defining test strategies such as application, unit and performance testing
· Experience with web testing tools (e.g. Selenium) and unit testing frameworks
· A fast learner who has an appetite to learn what’s behind both simple and complex financial solutions
· A positive and resilient personality. You must be able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
· Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight
· A wizard when it comes to adapting to an Agile environment and writing about software that is continuously integrated & deployed

It would be cool if you were also: 
· A strong advocate for agile technical practices and software craftsmanship
· Active in your community startup, agile and tech scene
· Experience in user-centered design
· Interested in the impact fintech innovations can have on the world
