Senior Manager Digital Transformation

Under the guidance of the Director Digital Transformation, the Senior Manager Digital Transformation is accountable for developing and managing the execution of a multi-year Bank wide Digital Roadmap, this includes assessment and prioritization of digital projects and initiatives.  The successful candidate is also responsible for engaging and managing the relationships of key business stakeholders internally.


Specifically, the Senior Manager Digital Transformation will:
Create and secure alignment for a Bank-wide strategic digital roadmap by leveraging multiple inputs (i.e. trends, insights, business line strategies, Financial Impact, Customer Experience, Digital Banking, International Banking, Scrum Teams)
Together with team, accountable for intake, assessment and prioritization of digital banking initiatives
Manage ongoing prioritization and management of digital roadmap 
Relationship Manager for key stakeholder engagement
Apply incremental delivery principles, drive the delivery of business value, communicate progress, elicit feedback and enable stakeholder reviews for validation in the road-map process
Identify and manage business activities (operating model, training, communications  etc.) required to support transformation initiatives
Develop value-at-stake and total cost of ownership models and define KPIs to measure business outcomes and team success
Coach team members and help with their development / desired outcomes as required

Previous work experience with significant accountabilities relating but not limited to:
Experience with digital transformation and strategy initiatives
• Skilled relationship management including, influencing senior executive decisions
• Proven analytic mind-set 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Enthusiastic, thorough, inclusive and results-oriented; Ability and desire to help others thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment
Eager to mentor, teach, share and learn
Deep passion in first class customer experiences and innovation  
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high level executive vision)  
Work experience in facilitation and fact-based problem solving to resolve complex issues and drive actionable outcomes 
5-7 years of digital, strategy, or technology experience, financial services experience an asset
Experience in a technology company or top-tier technology consulting firm an asset
