Agile Coach (Spanish Speaker)

About the Agile Coach:

• As an Agile Coach in our innovation lab you are responsible for shaping the continuous improvement culture of our organization across the board - from business strategy down to engineering execution and quality assurance
• You will teach, mentor, exercise and improve agile practices across the Scrum Masters and teams
• Our common goal is to deliver outstanding software and beautiful products that delight our users - you are the rallying point of that campaign
• You are the health monitor of our collective team - checking that our commitments, pace and quality are on track
• You are a master at group dynamics and communications, regardless of the audience and determined to ensure that every voice is heard and heeded
• We expect you to come to work every day ready to teach and leave every day loving that you’ve learned something new
• You will have the unflagging support of our leadership team in building, growing and sustaining a thriving agile team
• As an team member you will be encouraged (and expected!) to influence our growth and strategy

Expected Skills:

• Significant experience acting as Scrum Master or Agile coach in a fast moving tech environment
• Deep knowledge (bordering on obsession) of Agile principles, team dynamics, human behavior and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
• Experience with large scale software delivery and/or Agile transformation at scale in a number of large enterprise organizations
• Excellent communication including the ability to distil technical details into human terms
Ability to facilitate sessions across management, scrum teams and technical folks
• Fluency in Spanish is a requirement
• Mobility is a requirement to support Pacific Alliance Countries


Bonus Skills and Interests:

• Experienced in user centered design or user research techniques
• Eager to mentor, teach, facilitate and share 
• Obsessed with the latest, greatest, craziest approaches to Agile Practice
• Excited about committing a significant chunk of your daily activities to personal innovation projects with your peers
• You have led training sessions across a number of different topics to a variety of groups
