The Global Mobility Consultant works within Global HR Services and is responsible for day-to-day administration of the Global Mobility Program.  This includes file management, assignee/transferee support, communication and stakeholder relationship management.  
Key Accountabilities:
- Day-to-day adminstration of the Global Mobility Program
- Schedules and conducts assignee/transferee consultation meetings
- Develop assignee/transferee cost estimates
- Prepares assignee assignment letters and compensation packages; organizes and completes semi-annual allowance updates; annual tax and other ad-hoc compensation updates
- Coordinates pre-acceptance trips
- Engages vendors
- Processes various vendor invoices and facilitates monthly charge-outs
- Responds to various inquiries, relays often complex concepts in a highly professional manner
- Develops and maintains effective internal and external relationships
- Assists in annual global compensation reporting and equity payments for assignees and transferees
- Responsible for acurate input of SAP Assignee Payroll and Horizon record maintenance for long-term assignees
A minimum of 1 year compensation and/or expatriate administrative experience or 2+ years of HR administration experience.
An understanding of Global Mobility policies and related administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
Strong organization skills with an ability to plan and prioritize, working both independently and as part of a team.
Advanced level of PC skills such as Word, Excel and MS Office
Educational Requirements:
Post-secondary certification (or equivalent) in a relevent discipline

This position is a contract, ending July 31, 2018.
