Contributes to the overall success of the Digital Engineering Operations in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.  Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.


 
Is this role right for you?

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Be the bridge between various parties (e.g., business lines, technology partners, release management and other engineering teams) and responsible for delivering reliable products and services to our digital customers
  • Provide input to the continuous improvement of processes and adopting latest technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead and manage the execution of QAT framework. 

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?

  • 5+ years of working experience in financial or IT industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a challenging IT system solution environment
  • Strong analysis and logical thinking in understanding end to end use cases, as well as mapping them to system flows, as well as excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to effectively and concisely communicate (verbally and written) with internal partners and external clients
  • Good understanding of project delivery framework
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Service Now, MS Office suite (including Visio)
