Title:  Worker Experience Lead, Scotia Digital

The Work Experience Lead will play a key role in designing operational services to empower Scotia Digital employees with world-class digital capabilities and working experiences.  


This successful candidate will design and deliver frameworks and programs that make ensure a fantastic hybrid working experience for all staff from wherever they choose to do their work.  The successful candidate will be the champion of staff in making the working environment a competitive advantage for Scotia Digital. The role requires deep understanding of employee experience design, stakeholder management and communication methods, organizational effectiveness, as well as experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Be the organizational champion of what makes a great employee working experience, across all aspects of Digital operations
  • Execute initiatives which lead to materially better outcomes of hybrid working experiences
  • Constantly seek out industry best-practices for competitively advantageous working environments and bring forward recommendations on how Scotia Digital could implement
  • Continually engage with Scotia Digital employees to test and learn for better ways to improve their productive work time
  • Collaborate with partners across Scotiabank to exchange ideas and bring experiences and opportunities into Scotia Digital which improve employee working experiences
  • Propose and manage leading and lagging key performance indicators of employee work experience to see around corners and eliminate issues before they drag on the work environment
  • Use a data-driven approach to evaluating areas of work experience improvement, in collaboration with the Analytics organization 



Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?

  • Degree in human resources, business management, or related field
  • The incumbent must have 5-7 years of experience in service or product design, employee or customer optimization programs
  • Skilled in program design, advanced communication skills, and stakeholder influencing
  • Experience designing service improvements using a data-driven approach
  • The incumbent must have advanced business knowledge of complex, multi-discipline, and operational processes and their implications across the enterprise
