Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Respond independently to telephone inquiries and taking action to fully address inquiries by presenting knowledgeable solutions & following through.
- Process client requests (inquiries, transactions, case work) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurately and efficiently document and control all required follow-up or escalation.
- Strictly adhere to schedules, thereby ensuring prompt client service and response time.
- Participate actively in queue maintenance through efficient call response times and prioritization of workload.
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of policies, processes, product & services.
- Complete updates, corrections, and adjustments to client accounts within authorized limits.
- Exercise discretion, within approved authority limits, in correcting problems promptly and indefensibly and when required, escalate to your manager.
- Act as a liaison coordinating with various areas as required to full satisfy client issues in a timely fashion.
- Assist with various presentations and communication materials.
- Support the development of reporting of key performance indicators, key risk indicators or any new reporting required.

- You have strong communication / interpersonal skills.
- You’re knowledgeable in back-office functionalities.
- You can adapt to a changing environment and duties, dependent on current situations and directives from management.
- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads to adhere to established service standards.
- You have experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
