POSITION TITLE: Wealth Management: Portfolio Operations, Summer Intern 2021




DEPARTMENT: Canadian Wealth Management, Portfolio Operations


WORK TERM: 4-month summer work term (May 2021 – August 2021)




The summer intern will be responsible for providing support to the Portfolio Operation team in responding to inquiries from the PIC and DWIC field along with performing daily, weekly and monthly tasks as assigned   





  • Provide backup support to department by:
  • Monitoring Inboxes,
  • Updating documentation
  • Opening/closing accounts on MPower
  • Inputting trades
  • Running queries





  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in excel and word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills




  • All interested applicants must be enrolled in a program with a post-secondary educational institution. We will confirm with your school that you are enrolled.
