Purpose

The Vice President, Enterprise Process Design & Enablement, is a strategic leader who partners with senior executives to solve complex business challenges. This role leads a cross-functional consulting practice that integrates Lean, Automation, Workforce Management, and Front-to-Back (F2B) design to deliver enterprise-wide improvements in revenue, efficiency, customer experience, and employee engagement.

As a trusted advisor and domain knowledge expert, the VP guides leaders through transformation opportunities, aligning solutions with strategic priorities and selecting the most effective methodologies to drive sustainable value.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • A domain expert, who builds strong relationships and acts as a strategic thought partner for Group Heads, EVPs, and senior leaders to develop a pipeline of high-impact initiatives that will drive value across the enterprise including productivity, efficiency, revenue growth and regulatory. Assesses business problems to identify the most effective tools in our suite to address business needs that will drive sustainable and meaningful change

 

  • Leads and operates an internal consulting practice / community of expertise leveraging tools like Lean/Process Improvement, Operating Model design and partners expertly with Integration Solutions to drive productivity improvements (both Revenue and sustainable cost savings) for senior executives and stakeholders across various business lines

 

  • Responsible for strategic direction and execution of multiple (4-6) concurrent improvement engagements across different leaders and business lines. Acts as a subject matter expert and thought leader to maximise value and ensure efficient use of resources across projects

 

  • Drives and enables a culture of efficiency, collaboration and value creation, with a clear view of return-on-investment methodologies, training, tracking, communication at all levels, including change management and sustainment

 

  • Promotes collaboration across business units, support functions, and technology partners to break down silos, align on goals and hold an enterprise-wide view of improvement opportunities

 

  • Maintains and evolves a comprehensive playbook of tools and best practices, staying current with industry trends and best practices. Including digitization and the use of AI

 

  • Oversees the design and execution of transformation programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and rigorous value tracking

 

  • Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.

 

  • Creates a high-performance environment where employees invest wisely, take accountability, and work on the right things. Ensure timely, high-quality processes and procedures are efficient and effective to enable our business partners’ success and deliver a superior customer experience.

 

  • Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct

  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, or strategic consulting within financial services or similarly complex industries
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable impact on revenue, cost, and customer experience
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to foster collaboration, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and lead with empathy and resilience in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated experience in executive-level engagement, including advising Group Heads, EVPs, and senior leaders on strategic priorities and transformation opportunities
  • Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Integration Solutions, Workforce Management, and Front-to-Back (F2B) design methodologies, with the ability to integrate these disciplines into cohesive solutions
  • Strong background in program delivery, including benefits tracking, change management, and governance
  • Familiarity with tool-agnostic problem solving, including selecting and applying the right methodologies (e.g., automation, digitization, operating model redesign) based on business needs
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and business cases, with accountability for enterprise-wide value creation.
  • Prior leadership of an internal consulting practice or center of excellence is a strong asset.
