• Support team by planning and coordinating day to day activities and provide any additional support.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines/work back schedules are respected for on time delivery.
• Ensure accuracy in all video assets, and final deliverables, adhering to brand and technical standards.
• Help the team stay organized by aiding in managing of video assets, project files, and film equipment.
• Assist with on-set preparation and shoot setup, ensuring equipment, and locations are ready for production.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance storytelling, visual style, and overall production quality.
• Edit low-touch videos (e.g., simple cuts, captions, resizing) to support quick-turnaround content needs.
  
  

• You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education. 
• You have previous experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
• You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
• You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions and/or hackathons.
• You have a natural curiosity and awareness about current market and business trends.
• You pride yourself on thinking outside of the box and bring in ground-breaking ideas to the team
