Support team by planning and coordinating day to day activities and provide any additional support.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines/work back schedules are respected for on time delivery.

Ensure accuracy in all video assets, and final deliverables, adhering to brand and technical standards.

Help the team stay organized by aiding in managing of video assets, project files, and film equipment.

Assist with on-set preparation and shoot setup, ensuring equipment, and locations are ready for production.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance storytelling, visual style, and overall production quality.

Edit low-touch videos (e.g., simple cuts, captions, resizing) to support quick-turnaround content needs.

You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

You have previous experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.

You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.

You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions and/or hackathons.

You have a natural curiosity and awareness about current market and business trends.
