Product Design and Management (UX/UI) – Product & Innovation

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a multi-skilled Product Designer who wants more than a ticket queue.
This role blends UX/UI, product thinking, innovation work, and hands-on execution inside a large organization that operates with a startup mindset.
You’ll design real experiences, contribute to early-stage innovation projects, support delivery, and gain exposure to product management — all while working closely with engineers, product leads, and business stakeholders.
If you’re someone who likes variety, ownership, and learning fast, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Work On
Design & Experience
- Create wireframes, flows, and clickable prototypes in Figma
- Translate ideas into clear, usable experiences
- Contribute to UX decisions and interaction design at the product level
- Apply strong UX/UI fundamentals and design system thinking
Product & Delivery
- Support backlog organization and documentation (JIRA/Atlassian knowledge is an asset)
- Help shape features from concept to prototype
- Track progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute to light product discovery and solution thinking
Innovation Projects
- Support rapid experimentation initiatives in an agile product structure
- Help bring early concepts to life through visual mock-ups
- Participate in ideation sessions and cross-functional builds
- Translate concept into actionable design steps
Operational & Communication Support
- Build clean, structured tracking in Excel
- Help prepare updates and presentation materials
- Keep work visible, organized, and moving
This is a hands-on role. You won’t just observe - you’ll contribute.
Who You Are
- 1–4 years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or a related field
or recent grad with strong internship/project experience - Proficient with Figma
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and interaction design
- Comfortable with structure, spreadsheets, and organization
- Curious about product management and how products actually ship
- Clear communicator and presenter (visually and written)
- Strong advocate for user needs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Energized by wearing multiple hats
Bonus:
- Atlassian Suite knowledge
- Adobe Suite knowledge
- Financial/fintech knowledge
- Exposure to Agile team structures
- Experience in hackathons, startup environments, or fast-paced builds
Why This Role Is Different
- You’ll work across design, product, and innovation — not just one lane
- You’ll see how ideas move from concept to real implementation
- You’ll gain exposure to product management while strengthening your design craft
- You’ll build a portfolio of meaningful work, not hypothetical exercises
