As the Technical Solutions Advisory (TSA) role within the Smart Automation Operations team you will serve as a liaison between the Business Analyst and technical teams to enable the successful identification, delivery, and operation of enterprise automation solutions. You will be responsible for managing the technical feasibilities, solution advisory and smooth delivery of automation projects. This role demands strong knowledge on UI Path and Pega platforms, infrastructure management, and bot management.
You will support Dev Labs initiatives, acting as a agile coordinator to guide cross-functional teams through structured Agile delivery.
This position combines infrastructure expertise, solution advisory, automation ideation, and Agile leadership, requiring a candidate who can operate comfortably across development, and operations domains.
Is this role right for you?
• Act as a technical solutions advisor for UiPath and Pega platforms, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage, and optimize automation infrastructure environments, including UiPath Cloud and Pega runtime platforms.
• Provision, configure, and decommission virtual machines (VMs), including high-density VM configurations to support large-scale automation execution.
• Manage robot sessions, runtimes, execution environments, and machine templates across non production and production environments.
• Administer and optimize RPA platform licensing, including usage tracking, capacity forecasting, renewals, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor platform health and performance, proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements.
• Assist Business Analyst in the successful identification, delivery, and operation of enterprise automation solutions.
• Assist dev team in agile delivery of projects ensuring best practices are followed.
• Coordinate closely with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure clear outcomes and successful delivery.
• Support automation infrastructure across public cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and private cloud environments, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
• Partner with DevOps teams to support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments across environments.
• Provide operational support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation.
• Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and resiliency testing for critical automation platforms.
• Continuously evaluate platform capabilities, cloud-native services, and industry best practices to recommend improvements in reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise automation platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Cloud and Pega infrastructure, including VM provisioning and high density robot configurations.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and prioritizing automation opportunities.
• Proven experience acting as agile coordinator, preferably within automation or technology delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS or Google Cloud) and private cloud infrastructure models.
• Experience managing RPA platform licensing, including utilization tracking, optimization, and compliance.
• Proven experience providing technical advisory and production support for complex platform or infrastructure issues.
• Solid knowledge of cloud architecture, security, networking, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving delivery models.
• Certifications such as UiPath Certified Infrastructure Engineer, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate are considered strong assets.
