As Staff Engineer you will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical and business strategies. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Advocate for best practices in software development, security, and system reliability. The Staff Engineer is expected to be a force multiplier, elevating the overall engineering effectiveness of the company while driving critical technical initiatives

- Contribute to complex system designs and implementations, providing architectural guidance and reviews
- Guide and mentor engineers at various levels
- Design and implement systems that scale with business growth
- Ensure software reliability, observability, and operational efficiency
- Participate in roadmap planning and long-term technical vision
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- University or College degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 7+ years of software development experience, (conceptualization, design, development and debugging) with at least 2 years providing hands-on architectural design for software applications
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in:
- Java, J2EE
- Spring Boot (Micro Services)
- Web Services (REST & SOAP)
- React, Java Script, Junit, HTML, XSL, XML
- You have knowledge on secure coding, authentication, authorization and compliance
- You have experience with cloud providers, containers and DevOps practices
- You have experience optimizing code and infrastructure, as well as logging and monitoring.
