Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Be passionate about leading a high-performance team and contribute to an inclusive work environment
- Champion the Release Management lifecycle that involves releases planning, release schedule, coordinating between teams, and deployment of our CIAM releases
- Collaborate with key application stakeholders (business clients and internal technology teams) to gather requirements from business units and translate requirements to programmers, developers, and QA testers
- Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Help drive best practices to eliminate waste, increase innovation and create value for the business
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with ability to build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders, technology partners and coworkers
- Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation and Production handover)
- Have knowledge on Authentication and Authorization technology best practices
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
- 5 years’ Business Technical/System Analyst experience
- 3+ years’ experience with System Designs and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- 3+ years’ Agile Scrum experience – demonstrated understanding of Agile concepts, agile estimations and ceremonies
- 3+ years combined experience JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Project, MS office suite or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
- Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools
- Experience of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban
- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Self-motivation to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams
