Who We Are:

We are the Mortgage Operations & Sales Effectiveness team and our goal is to build and maintain culture which is performance oriented and consistently focused on providing exceptional, value added service to our internal and external customers. MOSE provides primary support services to the Home Financing Solution (HFS) and Scotia Mortgage Authority (SMA) business lines. Support services include; Customer Experience, Training, Marketing & Events, Sales Enablement tools, Referral programs, Accounting, Operational support and Business line reporting.

YOU WILL…

  • Be responsible for supporting data management, reporting and technology solutions projects
  • strive to improve sales management effectiveness and provide operational efficiencies through the implementation of technology solutions and data analytics
  • Provide data mining techniques and statistical analysis to provide fact-based recommendations to support initiatives, improve business processes, and increase resource utilization
  • Utilizes Power BI and Access to deliver timely analysis and interactive reporting to address specific inquiries. Present findings and share insights with team members before releasing out to stakeholders.
  • Support the functionality and accuracy of the Salesforce CRM utilized by HFS, developing and maintaining queries to the various databases from which data is extracted
  • Maintain effective communication among channels and business lines to optimize activities and projects in support of improving business results and compliance with regulatory guidelines
     

YOU ARE…

  • Analytical and self-motivated
  • Strong achievement orientation and attention to detail
  • Someone with knowledge of data reconciliation, data manipulation, management, aggregation and analysis techniques using various tools like Excel, Access and Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree (in progress) in business, IT, mathematics or related field
     

YOU HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN …

  • Salesforce.com
  • Advanced MS Office Skills, particularly Excel, VBA Coding, Word, PowerPoint
