Contributes to the overall success of Global Wealth Management Technology by driving technology optimization, workforce analytics, resource management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role enables data-driven decision-making through dashboard development, technology and workforce data management, contract analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, and Technology leadership. The analyst identifies opportunities for operational efficiency and provides actionable recommendations.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce analytics, technology utilization, financials, and contract oversight.
- Monitor and track onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions to support workforce planning and reporting.
- Review and analyze technology-related contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support contract negotiations, renewals, hiring pipeline, and budget alignment.
- Support internal audits, compliance, and workforce optimization initiatives through accurate and timely data delivery.
- Execute ad hoc queries and generate insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture through targeted engagement activities and professional development opportunities.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in technology strategy, workforce analytics, operations, or process optimization within a banking, technology, or financial services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel; demonstrated experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear recommendations.
- High business acumen, including the ability to understand, analyze, and interpret technology-related contracts and financial documents.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Technology leadership, and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate confidently and clearly in meetings, on conference calls, and via email with all levels of the organization.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative in driving technology optimization and operational improvements.
- Experience in event planning, employee engagement, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives is considered an asset.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation technologies is considered an asset.
