Who We Are:

 

The Retail Customer Value Team is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of segmentation programs (high value customers and households). This includes working with partners to leverage custome analytics and profitability models to identify and better understand the Canadian households and high value customers, as well as supporting the Senior Manager, Retail Customer Value in developing and prioritizing strategies to acquire new household members or retaining high value customers to increase share of wallet. The co-op student will support in the delivery and exceution of strategic priorities across a range of initiatives that will drive vlue over the near and long-term, collaberating with product, channel and other teams as required.

 

 

Who we are looking for?

 

  • Self-motivators that work both independantly and collaberatively with multi-functional teams, as both a leader and a member
  • Has superior interpersonal skills, leadership, and influential capabilities
  • Skilled in PowerPoint for storytelling
  • Possesses moderate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
  • Expirirence giving presentations to a large audience preferred

 

You Will:

 

  • Support customized strategy development and advisory support at an enterprise and business line level, including research, analysis, and compelling strategy reccomendations that solve problems
  • Contribute in problem solving sessions, workshops, and interviews with cross-functional and business line working team members and subject matter experts
  • Create presentation decks based on predetermined guidlines
  • Collaberate with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall objectives
