As the Architect for Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of marketing capabilities. Your role will include leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms, with a strong emphasis on delivering personalization at scale using the Adobe and Salesforce suite of marketing technology platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing cloud, etc.).
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
• Lead the implementation of marketing capabilities with the objective of delivering personalized experience at scale by utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of marketing platforms. This includes hands-on configuration within both Adobe and Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with business, Product and Engineering to lead the development and continuous refinement of the overall product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Ensure the solution aligns with business objectives and expectations by delivering the intended value and at the same time adhering to organizational and industry standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to the creation of proof of concepts (POC) to test validated solutions.
• Oversee the team’s daily product activities throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of tasks into product backlogs.
• Drive proactive and reactive problem management across all delivery teams.
• Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing solutions with a focus on personalization, utilizing the Adobe Experience suite of platforms (AEM Sites, Assets, Workflow, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-time Customer Data, and Adobe Journey Optimizer).
• Proficiency in working with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Campaign. Previous implementation experience is a must-have for this role.
• Knowledge of data management principles, including data modeling, data integration, and data governance.
• Experience working with Realtime, high availability and low latency systems.
• 2- 3 years of experience leading large-scale projects through design, build and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Continuously research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where required.
• Over 5 years of progressive IT experience with strong leadership skills.
