The team

Global Technology Services (GTS) Solutions Integration and Delivery (SI&D) is looking for a Senior Technology Engagement Lead within its Client Engagement portfolio. Reporting into the Director of Client engagement, this role offers the opportunity to excel and thrive in a high performance and results driven organization.


The role:

You will collaborate with the business lines’ Vice Presidents and Directors to deliver high quality, reliable enterprise solutions in an agile and cost-effective manner while complying with the bank’s security standards and policies.


Is this role right for you?

  • You enjoy building and nurturing strategic client relationships with executives and technical teams through a deep understanding of the business lines’ strategy and ensure GTS’s alignment.
  • You are the single point of contact and accountable for all GTS commitments to support client initiatives.
  • You proactively work with the extended GTS teams to identify improvement opportunities and diligently track progress against them.
  • You can work in close collaboration with SI&D solutions engineering and delivery teams and partner with the broader GTS teams to ensure flawless and speedy deliverables to the clients.
  • You will escalate client satisfaction issues to the Director of Client Engagement in a prompt manner.
  • You can mentor and coach client engagement associates in upholding SI&D winning culture.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • You have at least 5 years of demonstrated technical working experience in providing high standard client relationship management, preferably within the financial services/banking sector.
  • You are an excellent communicator (verbal/written) with strong proven presentation skills to business & technical audiences.
  • You have a track record with customer problem diagnostics and high-level solution design. And this would include the ability to synthesize and utilize data.
  • You have at least 5 years of hands-on working experience in managing or as a project lead. And this would include mentoring staff, and be a successful team builder.
  • You are a leader who is results-oriented, diplomatically assertive, an influencer and an agent of change.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have advanced personal computer skills in Microsoft Tool Set, including the ability to create Executive level presentations with graphics and charts.
  • Post-secondary education in IT or Business Administration.
