As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will lead the support and operational management of RPA solutions across the enterprise. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and stability of bots in production, managing support priorities, and maintaining operational metrics. This role requires strong coordination with development teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure partners, while also mentoring junior analysts and driving continuous improvement in automation support processes.

 

 

 

Is this role right for you?

• Lead the day-to-day operations of RPA support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and proactive monitoring of bot performance

• Manage and prioritize support queues, ensuring alignment with business-critical processes and SLAs.

• Maintain and report on key operational metrics such as bot uptime, incident resolution time, and support backlog

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive implementation of permanent fixes.

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact production issues.

• Ensure all bots have up-to-date support documentation, schedules, and release records in JIRA and Confluence.

• Collaborate with Agile teams to provide feedback from production and influence future automation design.

• Mentor and guide Systems Analysts, ensuring adherence to support protocols and knowledge-sharing practices.

• Identify opportunities for automation within support processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

 

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA support, operations, or automation delivery.

• RPA certifications (preferred but not mandatory), such as:

a. UiPath Advanced RPA Developer

b. Pega Robotics System Architect

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent understanding of incident and support processes (preferred).

• Experience managing patching cycles for RPA infrastructure and validating bot stability post-patch.

• Strong experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Pega OpenSpan) and monitoring platforms such as Uipath Orchestrator or Pega Robot Manager.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel reporting, and dashboard creation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to lead hybrid onsite-offshore teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
