The Team
The Digital Process Automation COE Team is a dedicated group of experts focused on enabling delivery teams throughout our organization to successfully implement and adopt BPM and digital process automation tools. Drawing from diverse expertise in business analysis, process engineering, and IT, our team provides consultation, training, and guidance for digital transformation initiatives. By establishing best practices, assessing project success, and nurturing a culture of continuous learning and innovation, we play a crucial role in driving organizational efficiency and progress.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Scrum Master who will excel in managing our on-going initiatives. In this role, you'll facilitate stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives while keeping an eye on team velocity and progress.Your keen analytical skills will help you make data-driven decisions, maintain Jira and Confluence sites, and identify potential risks and improvements. Some of the Key Accountabilities include:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
- Identify, capture, and publish new best practices for digital process automation projects.
- Manage and update content on internal platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and distribute comprehensive reports on established KPI’s.
- Create and maintain Jira and Confluence collaboration sites, including Kanban boards, Scrum boards, documentation pages, and more.
- Analyze data to derive insights, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in digital process automation.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking to translate data into meaningful visuals and reports for informed decision-making.
- Manage risks associated with current digital process automation applications and propose resolutions or mitigation strategies.
- Continuously identify and share new best practices to promote knowledge sharing and drive process improvements.
What You Will Bring to Succeed
- Working experience of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira & Confluence)
- Experience in project delivery, project plan development, project governance, scheduling methodology, project metrics, analysis, status reporting, and change management.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership / organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change.
- Superior problem-solving skills and ability to coach team members through problem solving.
