As the Senior Relationship Manager, Fin-Tech Partnerships you will lead the identification and testing of innovative ideas and technologies that solve business problems, enable growth, and drive customer value. You will collaborate with the Bank’s Insurance and Wealth teams, and also be a key partner to the external innovation ecosystem.

Is this role right for you?


Business Engagement:

  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their priorities, uncover problems, extract insights and determine unmet needs
  • Identify potential Fin-Tech partners and solutions, the business can leverage that will drive enhanced customer experiences, reduce risk, and improve P&L
  • Articulate a compelling vision and actionable steps, including proofs-of-concept, and motivate internal stakeholders to pursue them


  • You will manage relationships with the Bank’s external ecosystem, such as our venture capital and academic partners, start-ups, and accelerators to identify solutions and solve problems
  • You will analyze the market place to understand key trends in Fin-Tech and emerging technologies, and support the production of thought leadership documents on H2/H3 trends


  • Act as a primary resource conducting technical evaluations of Fin-Tech solutions in order to understand their capabilities, architectural design, and how they can be integrated with the Bank
  • You will collaborate with internal technical teams to understand technical roadmaps, architecture, and IT environments, in order to assess the feasibility and work effort of partnering with a Fin-Tech and implementing solutions



  • Support the preparation of presentations and material to communicate the Bank’s innovation strategy to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment to the business strategy
  • You will collaborate with branding and communications teams to spread awareness of the Global Innovation and key activities
  • Motivate, develop, and inspire others; encourage team development; promote positive inter-team interactions and bring a high-level of enthusiasm to the team


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • You have an intrinsic curiosity about Fin-Tech, Insure-Tech, and Wealth-Tech and pursue new ideas, and understand how they can be applied in financial services
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry and expert knowledge of financial products
  • Have a proven track record of delivering solutions from concept to change management
  • Adept at working within cross-functional and distributed teams, and have amazing interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Great relationship management and influencing skills to ensure continuous business support from key stakeholders
  • You have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
  • Spanish language skills would be an asset
