“As the Digital Process Automation COE", we play a pivotal role in overseeing various process automation platforms, including PEGA and Power Automate Apps. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the stability of applications, conducting proof of concepts for the latest features, identifying risks, and planning effective remediation. We are responsible for developing robust processes and maintaining a repository of reusable assets.

 

Role: 
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Automate Developer to join the Digital Process Automation Centre of Excellence team. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the development of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that align with business needs and adhere to established standards. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for the governance of Power Apps, ensuring teams follow best practices in application deployment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce Power Platform environment’s governance policies, best practices, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, updates and enhancements in the Power Platform and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Work closely with Citizen developers and Power users to guide on best practices and to educate and empower them to leverage the Power Platform effectively.
  • Analyze current state applications and suggest methods of improvement.
  • Recommend and implement automation techniques using the MS Power Platform to improve business processes.
  • Recommend optimum methods of using connectors within the platform for third party and data sources that is aligned with the bank’s standards. 
  • Create working procedures and documentation on solutions and populate knowledge databases, testing plans and results.
  • Creating scalable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple initiatives.

 

Must have skills:

  • Bachelor in computer science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power Platform developer or similar role.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Power Platform architecture, design, and implementation of solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect requirements and translate into functional development actions.
  • Strong drive to stay current with industry best practices and trends.
