Role: Senior Manager Tech Transformation

The Transformation Manager will support Technology Transformation programs and build key operational processes to enable the program’s overall strategy. The successful candidate will design, orchestrate, and plan, implement and monitor our most important strategic operational change programs. This includes the delivery refinement, and evolution of the strategy as well as the implementation, reporting and change management. 

The role also requires the identification of the resources and structural changes required to actively enable, manage, and reinforce the organizational change, stakeholder engagement and communications across multiple geographies and business lines. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leaders across business operations, product, and technology. They will support the Director, Technology Transformation, in developing and implementing various strategic initiatives.



Is this role right for you?
•    Leads the holistic design and delivery of transformation programs, policies and governs operational execution standards in a fast-paced internal team.
•    Bring innovative thinking to break down strategic problems, supported by analysis fit for multi disciplinary initiatives and a complex matrix organization
•    Identify and resolve highly complex, to meet the operations and technology function leadership needs by applying an agile mindset that is constantly focused on delivering value quickly based on strategic priorities
•    Plan and own initiatives from problem definition to execution whilst enabling analysis and insights on effectiveness, productivity and quality of project and program deliverable's
•    Articulate and present strategic rationale, business impact implications and key milestones to a wide range of stakeholders in a concise, visually pleasing documentation
•    Define and measure success metrics, and monitor change and program progress
•    Manage stakeholders while tracking and reporting issues 
•    Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and their teams, to facilitate collaboration  
•    Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
•    Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, completeness, monitoring progress against planned objectives, financial review, and securing consensus and cooperation from stakeholders and senior management
•    Excellent organizational and communication skills to help ensure all initiatives maintain momentum against the background of changing and occasionally conflicting priorities.
•    Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
•    Contribute to opportunities to drive coaching and mentoring to accelerate and optimize performance across the enterprise
•    Proactively anticipate and mitigate project risks safeguarding the successful delivery of strategic objectives and contributing activities
•    Oversee the development and execution of robust operational support processes such as budget management and vendor management 


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?
•    Education in Business, Operations, Processes or related field
•    5-7 years of IT and/or business industry work experience
•    Experience managing direct reports including productivity, development and training facilitation
•    Advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines, technologies, and processes including project management (waterfall and/or agile), process improvement, change planning, digital transformation, 
•    Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or people strategy is an asset
•    Expertise delivering in very complex business lines, remote teams, operational processes and their implications across the enterprise
•    Intermediate+ Spanish language skills and/or cultural understanding of business principles in Latin America are assets.
