Purpose
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for regulatory excellence who wants to make an enterprise-wide impact? As Senior Manager, an integral member of the Corporate Functions Compliance team, you’ll lead and provide strategic insights and direction to compliance risk management practices and initiatives that strengthen our global compliance program across 13 Corporate Functions in 23 countries. As the primary relationship manager, you will work closely with senior leaders to embed integrity, a strong culture of risk management, and drive continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility role for a bold leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings clarity to complex, multifaceted compliance matters.
Is This Role Right for You? In this role, you will:
• Lead and manage compliance initiatives across diverse teams and geographies and monitors and aids in assessing the impact of global regulatory developments
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters, emerging risks and compliance risk exposure mitigation
• Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Champion independent oversight by empowering and enabling risk owners and by providing effective challenge that directly contributes to a robust regulatory compliance management program
• Be accountable for timely escalation of regulatory compliance related issues to senior management and the Board in support of their management and oversight responsibilities
• Provide your opinion on the compliance risk profile, prepare executive-level reporting, and maintain compliance documentation in alignment with program standards within the Compliance Management Framework
Do You Have the Skills?
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in compliance, risk, audit, or related functions in financial services
• Understanding of Corporate Functions and their interdependencies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong people leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
• Critical thinking and sound judgment in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of OpenPages System Modules will be an asset
