Title:  Senior Manager Business Analysis - Liquidity Risk

The Liquidity Risk and Stress Testing technology team develops and runs liquidity, cash management, balance sheet analytics and resolution planning technology in support of Group Treasury.


The Senior Manager, Business Analysis plays a key role in guiding interaction with Group Treasury users to understand and prioritize new business requirements, including for major programs and regulatory initiatives, and in working with development teams to design and deploy solutions.


The Senior Manger, Business Analysis, brings 7-10 years of experience in Treasury and Liquidity (consideration to be given for other risk management experience), and understands banking and capital markets products, valuation, liquidity reporting regulations and can work closely with users to define those calculations and translate the requirements for implementation.



Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
  • Master of Finance, MBA or CFA Charter a recommended plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in Treasury and Risk, and in specifying, testing and deploying technology solutions
  • Experience with SQL, Python and / or other scripting languages, particularly for data handing and testing, a plus.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and coach LRST Business Analysts in development and testing of requirements documentation
  • Hands-on work with users to understand complex regulatory requirements – big and small – and to define high level and detailed requirements, and to plan and execute completion and deployment of those requirements with development teams




  • Role will manage 1-7 BA roles.
