The Senior Manager, eGRC Tech Enablement and Delivery supports the strategic delivery of capabilities that support the eGRC program. Contributes to the overall success of the eGRC Tech Enablement and Delivery team in Global Risk Management in Canada/globally, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Reporting to the Director, this position ensures capability development and implementation meet enterprise requirements and drive effective, scalable execution aligned to eGRC roadmap priorities.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Lead end-to-end delivery and ongoing management of an assigned eGRC capability, from design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization, ensuring alignment with the eGRC roadmap and governance standards.
- Coordinate cross functional working groups (business, technology, data, architecture, and vendors) to execute capability build activities, resolve dependencies, and ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately configured.
- Oversee platform configuration, workflow enablement, and access management for the assigned capability, ensuring stability, data integrity, and adherence to enterprise controls and technical protocols.
- Manage release planning and testing cycles, including UAT coordination, defect triage, environment preparation, and readiness assessments to ensure smooth deployment and strong operational handoff.
- Drive capability adoption and continuous improvement by facilitating user feedback loops, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing platform data, and prioritizing enhancements in partnership with the eGRC Team and Technology partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for capability specific stakeholders, providing guidance, supporting audits, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication on issues, risks, and roadmap progress.
- Support long-term program maturity by ensuring ongoing governance, compliance with architectural and security standards, and integration alignment with other capabilities and enterprise systems.
- Support ad hoc program needs by delivering high-quality analyses, materials, and change related deliverables in response to evolving priorities and stakeholder requirements.
- Provide strategic oversight and collaborate closely with all eGRC teams to ensure the program’s quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement, with smooth processes, reliable data, strong user experiences, and the guardrails needed for a resilient, fully operational eGRC program.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5–8 years of experience in a consulting firm, finance or banking industry. eGRC, Technology and Risk management experience is considered an asset.
- Experience delivering largescale, complex programs involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross functional teams.
- Project and program management skills with the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical and planning capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, synthesize insights, and focus on critical issues.
- Alignment of functions to enterprise frameworks and, external regulations.
- General dimensions involve working in a continually evolving discipline where expectations are constantly changing and expanding.
- Must have a strong ability to balance competing or conflicting goals of various departments/ stakeholders, requiring a mature, and diplomatic approach with strong influencing skills.
- Skilled in driving delivery effectiveness and guiding governance across global programs, projects, and product releases.
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical and planning capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, synthesize insights, and focus on critical issues.
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across business lines, technology teams, and control functions.
- Superior communication skills, including executive level written and verbal communication.
- Experience with enterprise change management in large transformation initiatives.
- Experience in eGRC program delivery, platform oversight, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments, data governance, and technical platforms supporting GRC functions.
- Familiarity with delivery and governance platforms, such as Jira, Clarity, OpenPages, and ServiceNow.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, PowerBI.
