The Senior Manager, Transformation Office contributes to the overall success of the Global Wealth Transformation & Growth Strategy team in Wealth Management, globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed & delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives, ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

 

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and transformation — offering high visibility into the Global Wealth Management (GWM) portfolio and the opportunity to shape how investment performance is measured and communicated across the organization. You will serve as a trusted partner responsible for tracking and articulating the value generated by GWM’s transformation investments, productivity initiatives, and overall tracking and analysis on the GWM strategic investment pool, ensuring leadership has the data and insight needed to make confident portfolio decisions.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Lead the design and ongoing execution of a benefit realization framework across the GWM transformation portfolio
  • Work closely with business, technology, and finance teams to track benefits against committed business cases and surface risks or opportunities to leadership
  • Monitor productivity metrics and scorecards that connect transformation initiatives to measurable outcomes across GWM business lines
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of the transformation portfolio including spend tracking, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Work with key stakeholders and partners and facilitate investment prioritization of the GWM strategic investment portfolio
  • Support fiscal planning cycle by coordinating and working closely with Transformation Office peers (Value, Governance/Reporting, Project Management)
  • Prepare high-quality reporting materials for senior and executive audiences, synthesizing complex data into clear stories
  • Lead and contribute to a range of strategic finance initiatives as priorities evolve within the Transformation Office 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, management consulting, or a transformation/strategy finance function
  • Demonstrated experience with benefit realization, business case development, or investment performance tracking
  • Strong financial modelling skills; comfort with NPV/IRR, ROI, and productivity metrics
  • Solid understanding of P&L fundamentals and how financial performance flows through a business line
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex modelling, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations, data visualization, and presentation design); and with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership clearly and confidently as well as the ability to foster relationships cross-functionally
  • Excellent analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
