The Senior Manager is accountable for the implementation, sustainment, as well as the ongoing suitability of the Time & Attendance solution. They are responsible for leading the project execution of global expansion initiatives, and overseeing all Time technology solution features to ensure data accuracy, efficiency within Time & Attendance and SAP and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with the HR Solutions team, Total Rewards COE, IT&S/HR Support and other business areas to develop a multi-year roadmap and support technology releases/enhancements.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
  • Lead the enablement of the multi-year roadmap for the Time & Attendance solution, including managing the product backlog; maintaining the software release process; and prioritizing and deploying new features based on business value, technical feasibility, and organizational impact.  Work closely with IT to support technology releases/enhancements, product testing, and incident management to resolve technical challenges and issues
  • Manage the execution of global expansion initiatives, providing insights and ensuring requirements align to Global HR’s objectives and the Time & Attendance solution Standards, and ensures critical external stakeholders are well connected to key initiatives
  • Evaluate and analyze existing Time/Payroll policies, procedures and processes to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities and implement solutions to address them
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Time & Attendance Software Solutions and SAP SuccessFactors, resolve escalated or high risk issues or concerns as required
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Create an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations within their respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
  • Build a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vision/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Post-secondary Degree in a IT or  Business or related field
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking capabilities is an asset 
  • Previous technical and operating experience with SAP, WFS and Success Factors 
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity
  • Deep knowledge of payroll delivery,  policies and related practices 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven supervisory/leadership experience 
  • Strong analytical skills
