About the Role


We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join Scotia Wealth Management as Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Client Experience. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide growth through innovative partnerships, client acquisition strategies, and impactful marketing initiatives. You’ll shape experiences that resonate with diverse client segments—cultural, medical, and corporate—while strengthening our brand presence and delivering measurable results.
 

What You’ll Do


•    Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute annual and long-term strategies for partnerships and client experience, aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
•    Client & Partner Journey:
Design and optimize end-to-end journeys using data-driven insights to enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention.
•    Marketing & Communications:
Lead multi-channel campaigns that amplify brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and support revenue growth.
•    Program Development:
Create and oversee specialized programs that deepen relationships and drive measurable impact.
•    Leadership:
Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
 


What You Bring


•    Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is an asset.
•    7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, marketing, client experience, or strategic planning (financial services preferred; healthcare experience is an asset).
•    Proven success in partnership development, event activation, and enterprise integration.
•    Strong knowledge of banking, wealth management, and related financial services.
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills; bilingualism is an asset.
•    Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
•    Highly adaptable with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
