Purpose

As Senior Manager for Salesforce Product Design, you will support the development and optimization of the Salesforce CRM tool for Relationship Managers within International Commercial Banking. Your focus will be on enhancing user experience, supporting adoption efforts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the tool. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets user needs, aligns with business objectives, and supports sales effectiveness.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Design & User Experience
    • Contribute to the design and refinement of the Salesforce CRM tool, ensuring usability and relevance for Relationship Managers.
    • Conduct user research and feedback sessions to inform design improvements.
    • Apply user-centric design principles to enhance interface functionality and visual appeal.
  • Adoption & Change Support
    • Assist in the rollout and adoption of the CRM tool across the region.
    • Support training initiatives and provide user guidance to ensure effective onboarding.
    • Monitor user feedback and collaborate on enhancements to improve adoption.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Partner with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Operations to gather input and align product features with business needs.
    • Coordinate with Technology and Data teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors and partners as needed for delivery support.
  • Product Development & Innovation
    • Support the product roadmap and feature development in alignment with strategic goals.
    • Encourage innovative thinking and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
    • Stay informed on CRM trends and best practices.
  • Data & Compliance Support
    • Ensure product design supports data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with Data teams to enable access to accurate, actionable insights.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Help optimize the CRM tool to support Relationship Managers in achieving sales goals.
    • Track usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

 

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • 5–7 years in technology or product design roles, preferably within financial services.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and user-centered design.
  • English & Spanish proficiency
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and design tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.

 

 

Work Arrangement:

  • Office-based role with occasional non-standard hours.
  • Some travel may be required.
