Purpose :

Contributes to the overall success of the Business Initiatives team in the International Wealth Management footprint (Canada, PAC and CCA), ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.  

 

The Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance leads and oversees the implementation of a holistic revenue assurance function across multiple markets and countries within the IWM footprint to deliver sustainable revenue growth for the business. This role involves preventing revenue leakage, developing regional strategies, identifying opportunities for revenue and margin optimization, analyzing market opportunities for developing new revenue streams for the business and supporting strategic planning. 

 

The Senior Manager collaborates with senior executives, business units, and global teams to ensure alignment with IWM objectives and timely execution of regional business initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Manager leads tailored projects and analyses, designs C-level dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and financial metrics and creates financial models to assess future state financial benefits and costs. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Governance.  

 

Accountabilities:

Revenue Assurance (~70%)  

 

  • Develop and implement the revenue assurance regional strategy, ensuring alignment with IWM objectives. This includes leading revenue assurance initiatives and projects, specifically those that are multi-cross markets/countries. 
  • Establish a revenue performance monitoring framework by mapping end-to-end revenue flows, conducting comprehensive performance assessments, and delivering executive-level KPI dashboards and analytics to inform on revenue-related performance. 
  • Elaborate and execute a proactive revenue leakage prevention strategy targeted to deliver quick wins for the business and scalable solutions to prevent future leakage. 
  • Elaborate and lead tailored projects and analyses to identify opportunities for revenue or margin generation. 
  • Lead profitability optimization strategies by identifying revenue improvement opportunities, implementing pricing and margin strategies, including developing a segment-based pricing mix. 
  • Review and elaborate end-to-end plan to adapt the current regional pricing strategy to the revenue assurance strategy. 
  • Research on future revenue streams through trend intelligence by monitoring emerging wealth management trends, quantifying revenue potential, and conducting market research. 
  • Build financial models to assess future state financial benefits/costs
  • Will support IWM Head Office as well as the following regions: North America, English Caribbean, Spanish Caribbean, and Central & South America. 
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines. 

 

Education and other Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or related fields; graduate business degree 
  • Post-graduate education or +3 years post-undergraduate experience in financial planning, consulting, corporate strategy / development.  
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills, proven track record in project management and data analytics are an asset.  
  • Experience with data-analytics software is an asset (i.e Power BI, Python, ect) 
  • Experience within the financial services industry preferred, but not required 
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment 
  • Superior interpersonal skills, leadership and influential capabilities 
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills  
  • Proven track record delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management 
  • Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Due to the international nature of some activities, the Manager must possess superior relationship building abilities in multi-cultural / bilingual environment 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
