The Team 
The People and Culture team provide supports and services to ensure excellent employee experiences for Global Technology Services, in all areas of the employee life cycle (forecasting and recruiting, integration and development, culture and events, to retirement and offboarding) and measure employee engagement along the way, to enable the identification of future opportunities.


The Role 
The Senior Manager, Resource Management is responsible for all aspects of the planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting on GTS resources, as well as defining and documenting related processes. The incumbent will collaborate with GTS leaders to assess resource needs and will facilitate processes and oversee execution of hiring approvals, job postings, recruiting and onboarding and provide analytic insights in various reports.

What You Will Bring to Succeed 
•    A passion for putting people first
•    Post secondary degree in related fields of study or equivalent combination of education and experience 
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a resource management, project management, or recruitment role preferably within a professional services environment.
•    Strategic and innovative thinking skills with strong problem-solving and project management skills, including the ability to understand the financial impact of relevant options.
•    Strong relationship building skills with experience engaging leaders at all levels and partnering with internal teams.
•    Excellent communication skills (written/verbal), control under pressure.
•    Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure.
•    Deeply skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, charts etc.)
