  • Partner with other bank-wide Global AML Program and project teams to foster a deeper understanding of relevant initiatives and timelines.
  • Document impact assessments for PCMLTFA initiatives and assist in the development and implementation of roadmaps to minimize operational disruption.
  • Oversee project deliverables and scope, recommend actions to resolve issues, and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to achieve agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Facilitate daily problem-solving, working closely with key Business Lines on implementation challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to drive a deeper understanding of the business, the impact of regulations, and required changes; define success metrics and develop dashboards as needed.
  • Stay abreast of current local and global AML trends and how they can be adopted to strengthen the Bank’s Global AML Program.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Adapt duties based on organizational needs and in support of team priorities.
