Purpose

 

The Senior Manager, Integrated Account Management provides strategic leadership and oversight for marketing portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives. This role combines governance with hands-on engagement by owning and managing a defined set of portfolios to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing solutions; sets direction, drives quarterly recalibration, and leads senior-level communications to influence decision-making and optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate fosters collaboration across teams, champions innovation, and drives operational excellence to achieve measurable outcomes at scale and accelerate business growth.

This position holds accountability for the following:

 

  • Portfolio Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute portfolio strategies that align with enterprise priorities and marketing objectives.
  • Governance & Oversight: Ensure portfolio health through structured planning, prioritization, and resource optimization.
  • Hands-On Portfolio Ownership: Actively manage a set of portfolios, leading planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, studio, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; lead communications, manage expectations, and provide clarity on priorities and risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliver insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio management practices, tools, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational controls, accessibility standards, and governance frameworks.

    • Implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates talent; uses a coaching mindset; manages succession and development planning.

 

 Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have: 

 

  • 8+ years of experience in account management,  Integrated Account Managementership, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex portfolios and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational rigor; adept at balancing creativity with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with executive leadership.
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams in a matrix environment.

 

Working Conditions

  • Standard office environment; occasional non-standard hours to meet project deadlines.
