Purpose
The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics plays a pivotal role in advancing the Wealth Management agenda through data driven insights. This position is responsible for informing client-centric decision-making, optimizing client dynamics analysis, and enhancing business growth through advanced analytics for the Caribbean Region.
The successful candidate will act as the primary analytics partner for the Caribbean Wealth Management leadership, drive standardization and adoption of analytics platform (GDAP), and
elevate the use of insights in executive decision-making. This role requires strong regional ownership, thought leadership in client analytics, and deep collaboration across business, data, and product teams.
Accountabilities:
Analytics:
• Own and lead the Caribbean Client Dynamics analytics agenda, including acquisition, deepening, primacy, referrals, retention, and client lifetime value.
• Define, monitor, and continuously enhance Client Dynamics and business performance KPIs for the Caribbean region.
• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform strategy, priorities, and investments.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc executive deliverables, including Business Reviews, deep-dive analyses, and regional performance insights.
• Identify growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation opportunities through advanced analytics and storytelling.
Platform Enablement & Data Partnerships (GDAP)
• Function as a regional analytics lead for GDAP, partnering with product owners, data engineering, and business stakeholders to:
1. Ensure high-quality implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and data assets.
2. Drive adoption and effective use of the platform across markets.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide KPI standardization, while ensuring relevance and applicability to Caribbean markets.
• Develop strong partnerships with in-country data teams and regional stakeholders to
incorporate additional data sources and insights.
Dimensions
• Regional Focus: Caribbean Wealth Management Scope includes client analytics across the following countries: Jamaica, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, and Offshore, covering the following business lines: Private Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage, Trust & Offshore — representing approximately 10,000 clients.
• Significant impact on regional assets, revenue growth, and client experience outcomes
Education / Experience / Other Information
• Master’s degree in: Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, client insights, segmentation, or related roles within wealth management or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders through data-driven insights.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-market environments.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI); experience with modern data platforms is an asset.
• Deep understanding of client analytics, segmentation methodologies, and CX metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for executive audiences.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
• Spanish fluency is an asset.
