Purpose
Senior Manager, GTCE Reporting supports the Director, Global Testing Centre of Excellence (GTCE) in overseeing Global Compliance Testing (the “Testing”) program and its alignment with Global Compliance Risk Management framework. This role contributes to the overall success of Global Compliance, confirming that specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the Bank’s strategies and objectives.
Accountabilities
- Deliver Testing Insights Reports and Global Testing Advisory Council (GTAC) metric slides by preparing and presenting key compliance testing metrics, trends, and actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver reporting to support the development and oversight of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, enabling the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to form informed opinions on Testing results and provide strategic guidance.
- Lead enhancements to testing dashboards and serve as the primary liaison with the Data and Analytics Team (DnA-T), Testing Teams, supporting seamless communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement of compliance testing processes.
- Lead enhancements to the OpenPages Testing Module by validating user stories post-implementation, warranting new features and updates meet business requirements and drive continuous improvement in compliance testing processes.
- Review and validate Quality Control Metric Score scripts to confirm accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compliance testing standards.
- Serve as the Data Governance Testing Business Process Owner (Subject Matter Expert), reviewing outputs from data quality rules for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards, and driving continuous improvement in data governance practices.
- Champion Project Robocop (Copilot tool for Testing) by leading the adoption and integration of AI-powered compliance testing solutions, driving innovation in risk analysis, control effectiveness, and process optimization across GTCE.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and create a shared vision of excellence. Play a leadership role and effectively communicate deliverables to stakeholders; supporting deliverables are on time and of high quality.
- Assist in drafting opinion reports, commentary, oversees metrics reviews related to Compliance Testing, and contributes to thought processes and briefing notes for the CCO.
- Supports the Testing Team requirements and contributes to enhancing the Testing Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for addressing Audit and QA/QC issues, including preparation of issue closure packages.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas, while confirming the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Education/Experience
- A recognized undergraduate degree with relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a business line, regulatory compliance, operations, technology, audit or risk management function.
- Ability to operate in a high performing, flexible team environment.
- Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, global mindset, and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant compliance or risk management experience in a large, international bank and/or an established securities regulatory agency
- Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Team player and ability to work in a complex global matrix organization
