The role:
Provides strategic support for Global Technology Finance, Project Management Reporting function in Global Technology Finance. The incumbent is responsible for contributing to the forecasting, variance analysis, governance of the strategic, regulatory and Currency initiatives within the bank’s Portfolio in support of the Bank’s business strategies and objectives.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of key financial and management reporting, including month-end and quarter-end packages such as project actuals and forecasts (SIP deck), Quarterly Management Reports (QMR), Business Line Reports (CB LOB report) and other executive-level reporting. Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder information needs.
- Lead the maintenance and production of forecasting models and reporting decks used to prepare monthly/quarterly management financial reports to Technology and Business Line stakeholders.
- Provide monthly variance analysis commentary and implement new initiatives to improve forecast accuracy.
- Supporte executives with preparation of materials and adherence to portfolio governance processes.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders (CIO support FP&A teams, DPMO teams).
- Prepare, analyze, and present complex financial datasets, transforming large volumes of information into meaningful insights, visualizations, and narratives that support strategic discussions and operational decision-making.
- Strengthen financial governance and analytical rigor by implementing best practices in forecasting, variance analysis, data quality, and reporting controls. Support audit activities and communicate financial policies, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and automate reporting processes, enabling efficient financial tracking, robust analytics, and continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, quality, and cycle time.
- Manage the maintenance and deployment of portfolio management tool (CA PPM) and processes to provide a reliable, controlled environment for project and portfolio reporting, including:

- Supporting internal operational processes required for portfolio integrity (e.g., meta data and financials)
- Directly contributing to the production of monthly/quarterly portfolio reporting in various formats (e.g. BI, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Support and encourage a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Develop day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout the team
- Support the Director, EPDI Finance in various ad-hoc reporting and analyses
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in financial forecasting experience
- Project Portfolio financial management knowledge
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal for interacting with offices with varying cross cultural and language differences
- Advanced leadership skills in Building Strategic Relationships and Customer Focus
- Desire to work in a hands-on team environment
- Experience in CA PPM is an asset
