The Senior Manager Global GBM AML Program Risk Management & Strategy will support the mandate of  Global GBM AML Risk implementation strategy and risk oversight. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Director, Chief of Staff, Global GBM AML, key stakeholders on high priority GBM AML/ATF initiatives, remediation efforts and strategic roadmaps. In addition, the Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing delivery of change initiatives by establishing project structure and governance, overseeing milestone delivery and coordinating across stakeholder groups, both within the AML Risk function and across functions 



  • Works with the Director and the GBM AML Risk Leadership Team to develop strategic opportunities and plans 
  • Assessment of current operating model and processes and targeting specific areas for change
  • Design of future state to achieve strategic vision for GBM AML program 
  • Identifying and articulating initiatives to achieve target state
  • Prioritize initiatives and develop roadmaps
  • Operate as an internal management consultant and oversee project execution, developing and supporting project deliverables, identifying and escalating resourcing needs as they occur, and providing regular reporting 
  • Drive delivery of assigned change initiatives by monitoring progress and managing project level assumptions and decisions
  • Develops and implements strategies for increasing the effectiveness of senior management, executive and board reporting on pertinent information about AML/ATF program adequacy and issues.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business along with 5-6 years of experience
  • Graduate business degree highly desired along with 1-2 years of Postgraduate experience
  • Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy development, execution 
  • Project/program management preferred
  • Exceptional planning & analytical skills, ability to discern research information, and focus on the critical risk and AML issues
  • Thorough knowledge of related regulatory requirements including AML/ATF and Sanctions policies and associated legislation.
