Purpose
This position will act as a strategic and operational partner, supporting the leadership of the Client Services team. The role will ensure efficient execution of business priorities, driving operational discipline, coordinates cross functional initiatives and will provide data- driven insights to improve client and employee satisfaction. The role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder management and the ability to translate strategy to execution.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with the Client Service head to drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities
  • Translate leadership vision into actional plans, tracking progress and ensure timely execution
  • Support planning, business reviews and goal setting for the client service organization
  • Prepare executive updates, reports and business insights
  • Monitor performance and service delivery KPIs
  • Manage operational processes, governance routines and leadership cadence
  • Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives, priorities and delivery timelines
  • Identify trends in client/ organizational behavior, service performance and operational efficiency
  • Provide recommendations for leadership based on analysis 

 

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years’ experience in business operations, consulting, strategy or program management
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a business support manager is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and business analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
