Senior Manager, Automotive Finance Partner Program

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all of the digital marketing initiatives on behalf of partner OEMs to build awareness, brand affinity and drive sales in coordination with GBB Marketing, Automotive Finance, and Digital Marketing teams

 

  • Spearhead the segmentation, organization and classification of automotive audience and segments to inform and drive digital marketing efforts forward. Have the ability create audience and segments in a data management platform and transfer that data into demand side platform

     

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns and track, measure and monitor the end-to-end sales journey, performance, digital marketing activity and the impact to drive optimization, ensuring compliance and partner agreements are maintained

     

  • Ensure that all digital marketing reflect best practices and are in compliance with enterprise-wide risk management policies working with the Bank’s Legal and Compliance teams as required.

     

  • Develop analytics monitoring and reporting by producing performance reports/dashboards for key stakeholders, ensure accuracy of data and that shifts in performance are highlighted and explained

     

  • Work to strategically influence and align key internal and external stakeholders including OEM’s, vendors including agencies and key OEM stakeholders etc.

 

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of executing campaigns leveraging first, second and third party data with proven success

  • Solid understanding of Data Management Platforms (DMP) preferable BlueKai
  • Fundamental platform understanding or familiarity

    • Programmatic Advertising
    • E-mail Marketing

Additional:

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to work with the vast array of data gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information.
  • Strategic analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities to thoroughly and accurately analyze online data and prepare practical and creative digital solutions
  • Detailed understanding of customer segment(s), products/services and value propositions as well as online media and the use of technology in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills, to build constructive, supported solutions and obtain co-operation and support from stakeholders and senior management and cost-effective deliverables from agencies and third party vendors.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior management teams of the business lines and of Global Marketing.
  • Strong co-ordination, strategic influencing and people management skills, to facilitate strong teamwork and coordinated execution of multiple deliverables.
  • The incumbent must demonstrate significant maturity and credibility in dealing with executives, and must be able to work on a highly independent basis.
