As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will manage Mobile Banking platforms by leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define and implement new features. Leveraging your ability to organize and motivate teams, you will work with product lines, bank stakeholders, software developers, and designers to translate customer journey directives into actionable backlog deliverables, and follow through to completion.
 
Is this role right for you?

  • Lead and develop strategy for mobile banking 
  • Manage mobile banking platforms including iOS and Android
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for owned areas, as well as, create and maintain a detailed, prioritized product backlog
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify pain points in the current state journeys and map out the desired future state
  • Establish a close relationship with the business to ensure their requirements are translated into the right digital technology products
  • Facilitate problem-solving as required, working with engineering, design, and delivery teams to determine feasible technical solutions, implementation challenges and timelines
  • Engage day-to-day with the scrum teams to write and clarify user stories, participate in sprint planning and reviews, backlog grooming and prioritization
  • Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features
  • Manage engagement with bank stakeholders and effectively communicate product release contents and expected product capabilities
  • Coach team members and help with their development and desired outcomes as required
  • Maintain an understanding of the financial services industry and trends in digital banking

 
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?

  • You have at least 7 years of work experience in product management 
  • You have led strategy and delivered large and complex mobile products like apps
  • You master the mobile ecosystem and are well versed in industry trends
  • Your Product delivery skills are exceptional, with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional products
  • You are a natural problem-solver with the ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
  • Your attention to detail is second to none
  • You have a curious and experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty
  • You're able to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels in the organizations
  • You're experienced with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum
  • You have sound technical knowledge of systems, design, and architecture
  • You have a Degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Computer Science or a multidisciplinary field
