The Sr. Manager is responsible for the building and maintaining a complex multi-dimensional solutions to meet business needs.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and their delivery. You will be responsible to build new solutions and maintain existing solutions while making sure the code is maintainable and paying attention to the ode quality.

  • Help drive strategy to transform & enhance current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business need. 
  • Responsible for the design, architecture and the successful implementation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs.   Accountable for delivery according to pre agreed timelines and budgetary constraints
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen business user and stakeholder relationships
  • A solid understanding of relational databases, SQL Tuning and of handling very large volumes of data. Knowledge of partitioned and subpartitioned tables.
  • PL/SQL on Oracle, or its variants on other databases.
  • Apache Airflow or any other Graph based schedulers.
  • Java Springboot, python, jdbc, Spring, Apache Lucene, Kafka/Elasticsearch stacks, Angular 7+
  • To have managed multiple development teams across all of the above skill sets including .net based stacks
  • Ability to coach other team members to help deliver their tasks
  • Be champion to build maintainable code base
  • Looking for sharp technical leader who is good at problem solving and delivery while keeping attention on best coding practices. We need someone who is not afraid to learn new technologies as we modernize our techstack.
