The Role
This is more than a technical role — it's a strategic opportunity to influence how technology shapes the future of work. You’ll partner with senior leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to define and implement solutions. You’ll lead by example, mentor future architects, and champion best practices that drive agility, resilience, and excellence across the enterprise.
What will you do?
- End‑to‑end delivery ownership: Accountable for planning, executing, and delivering complex HR technology initiatives on time and on budget, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and strategic priorities.
- Business case and value management: Leads development of business cases, benefits realization, and financial governance, translating business needs into clear delivery scope and measurable value.
- Stakeholder and risk leadership: Acts as the primary interface between business and technology, proactively managing stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and vendor performance to ensure predictable delivery.
- Collaborate & Influence: Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, compliant, and innovative technical solutions.
- Mentor & Inspire: Guide and develop architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What do you need to succeed?
- 7+ years of experience in delivery of HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expert familiarity with project management methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and fluency in modern programming concepts, with hands-on experience in HR SaaS technology.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and experience in at least one end-to-end deployment of SAP SuccessFactors
