As a Senior Data Strategy & Analytics Lead within the Digital Channel Performance, you will lead be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge analytics capabilities into our bank's digital landscape, by delivering end-to-end analytical solutions, shaping data standards, and enabling data-driven decision-making that improves customer experience and business outcomes.

 

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions, from business problem definition and data sourcing through modeling, insight delivery, automation, and performance measurement.
  • Present performance results and insights to business line stakeholders and across the bank, making data come alive through compelling storytelling
  • Collaborate across functions to define and execute a data strategy and analytics roadmap for digital initiatives, working closely with Digital Product Team, Digital Channel Performance, Analytics, Engineering and the Data office
  • Lead analytics enablement for digital platforms, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed scalable, production-ready analytics into core journeys.
  • Support and evolve enterprise data standards and data products, ensuring consistent definitions, high-quality data, and repeatable measurement across platforms and channels.
  • Act as the analytics owner within cross-functional squads, translating business and product needs into data requirements, success metrics, and analytical frameworks.
  • Drive alignment across product roadmaps, data architecture, and analytics delivery, enabling insights to be built once and leveraged broadly.
  • Influence upstream data design, including instrumentation, data pipelines, streaming data, and data quality controls, to ensure analytics are reliable and actionable.
  • Provide actionable insights by analyzing performance trends, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing product and business strategies.
  • Communicate insights and performance results clearly to senior stakeholders across Digital, Analytics, and the broader Bank.
  • Champion data literacy, standardization, and data-informed decision-making across team

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, performance measurement, or related roles.
  • University degree in Business, STEM, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven data literacy and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability, including data exploration, validation, and insight generation.
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets (e.g., structured and unstructured data).
  • Familiarity with Big Data and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Spark, Hive) and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, digital analytics tools, and automation is an asset.
  • Strong stakeholder, planning, and delivery management skills across multiple initiatives
