Job Title: Senior Business Analyst


The Team 
The ATM Solutions Team plays a critical role in the Self-Service Channel from a Technology delivery and customer experience perspective. The ATM Channel recently introduced an enhanced suite of feature rich offerings at the ATM and continue to lead ATM services across the Caribbean, meeting, or exceeding customer demands.
The Role 
The Senior Business Analyst, will play an active role on the team by collaboratively assessing, analyzing intake requests within the ATM value stream. A large part of the role involves physical testing within our ATM test lab as well as payment network simulator test execution that require a level of strategic thinking and comprehension of transaction flows both internal and external across global payment platforms. 


Some of the key accountabilities include:
•    ATM test case creation, execution, verification, management via tooling such as ALM and JIRA for task and or story creation.  
•    Ensure that requirements are clearly, accurately, and thoroughly documented and understood either for system changes and/or process changes and that there is value and consistency added to the customer experience by.
o    Providing contribution to design/review process
o    Monitoring/reviewing design during development phase.
•    Ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects through:
o    Production/Input to an overall Project Plan, strategy, and implementation
o    Procedural documents completed to support user (guidelines, job aids. etc.)
o    Input provided to preparation and execution of testing.
o    Conducting post implementation measurement review of projects.     
•    Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Bank's hardware, software and application, architecture and development tools and techniques and the state of the art within the industry as well as an awareness of current procedures of all areas affecting the development and operation of systems.
•    Ensure that supervisor or Project Leader is kept informed of all unresolved issues, other areas of concern and any other deviations from plans through timely and well documented reporting

o    Working knowledge of bank technology
o    Working knowledge of Bank accounting

o    Thorough knowledge of computer based, productivity tools.
