The Senior Analyst, HR Data Management contributes to the overall success of the Executive Administration and Project Support team within HR Service Operations. This role supports the execution of team goals, initiatives, and projects by ensuring accurate HR data management, effective process oversight, and strong advisory support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and internal teams.

 

This role sits within the Offboarding team, with a particular focus on employee lifecycle exit activity, including severance administration, restructuring support, and the ongoing tracking of costs associated with organizational change. All activities are carried out in compliance with governing regulations, Bank policies, procedures, and service level standards.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on employee lifecycle changes, including offboarding and organizational structure updates, supporting a positive and compliant employee experience
  • Support offboarding and severance activities by ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of employee exit‑related transactions
  • Monitor and maintain data related to severance payments, legal fees, and career transition costs, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and ongoing financial visibility
  • Oversee HR information systems and employee data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of records that support informed HR decision‑making
  • Review and assess service quality and performance outcomes within HR Data Management and offboarding processes to identify insights that support operational effectiveness and risk mitigation
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support organizational structure changes by implementing tailored HR Data Management approaches aligned with established practices and standards
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR Data Management and offboarding workflows, contributing to operational efficiency, improved controls, and overall team effectiveness
  • Provide expert support in resolving complex employee inquiries, acting as an escalation point for offboarding‑related cases while also offering overflow support as needed
  • Monitor transaction activity and change processes to ensure adherence to standards, service level agreements, governance requirements, and data management controls
  • Lead and support operational improvement initiatives by developing thoughtful recommendations to optimize HR Data Management processes and outcomes
  • Operate independently on a day‑to‑day basis while managing a high volume of transactions and servicing a global stakeholder community
  • Ensure business continuity for assigned accountabilities, including coverage within established schedules

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Post‑secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience supporting HR service delivery or customer service environments
  • Solid knowledge of employee data administration and end‑to‑end HR lifecycle processes, including offboarding
  • Demonstrated comfort working with financial data within an HR context, including tracking costs, reviewing trends, and supporting audits related to employee lifecycle activity
  • Strong understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes with strong attention to detail, judgment, and data accuracy
  • Experience with HR data management, transaction processing, and audit support
  • Strong teamwork, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, operational environment
  • Experience resolving complex issues and managing stakeholder escalations
  • Comfort operating independently with accountability for outcomes
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered an asset, but is not a requirement
