The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ScrumMaster who will be responsible for driving team effectiveness by identifying and removing impediments, supporting the team, and encouraging practices in accordance with agile principles.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Promote agile principles and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and provide training to ensure clear evidence of team outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, managing risks and corrective actions
- Coordinate with the Delivery Manager to ensure readiness: Environments, QA sign-off, Security approvals, Compliance to IR / OR, and SDLC
- Apply systems thinking to drive continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve dependencies and risks, escalating structural impediments
- Provide visibility into team status, deliverables, risks, and support needs
- Ensure traceability using tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Track and share agile metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, predictability)
- Develop integrated delivery strategies with timelines, action plans, dependencies, and risk management
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
We’d love to work with you if you have
- Professional degree in Engineering or related fields
- 8 - 10 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager, facilitating agile events and guiding practices for multidisciplinary teams and management
- 5+ years experience managing and delivering complex software projects
- Expert knowledge and understanding of project management practices, disciplines, tools, and methodologies, coupled with working experience as a ScrumMaster in a recent project / initiative, with development teams
- Skilled facilitator and conciliatory leader in workplace conflicts, with assertive communication.
- Experience in Delivery, organizing and managing production deployment steps for initiatives.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), flow metrics, continuous improvement, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), validation processes, QA, and production deployment.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe®, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
- Demonstrates creativity and adaptability when identifying solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high level executive vision)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationships management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
