INTRODUCTION:

 

The Business Initiatives & Reporting Associate role contributes to the overall success of the International Investment Advisory (IIA) Business, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the business strategies and objectives.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
In this role you will: 

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Support development and maintenance of KPIs reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, presentation decks and ad hoc reports for senior management.
  • Support the development of required tools to improve the efficiency and user experience of business reports including existing Excel, Power Point and Power BI templates, dashboards, and decks.
  • Support new and ongoing initiatives including but not limited to program/project implementation, client referrals, revenue sharing, assistance with change management, communications, marketing and improvements.
  • Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS:
We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
  • 1-5 years of experience in dealing with business initiatives and reporting, preferable in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills, ability to discern research information / data and focus on the critical issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and advanced knowledge of
  • Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of a data visualization software such as Power BI and databases desired.
  • Knowledge of Spanish AND/OR Portuguese preferred.
